How we operate — and how you can verify us.

Our posture
Three commitments that define every engagement.
Independent by design
Samitac is not a broker, agent, or aggregator. We do not take positions in the commodities we verify, and our fees are never contingent on a transaction proceeding.
Evidence, not endorsement
Our reports document what evidence was reviewed, what was verified, and what could not be verified. We do not issue assurances outside the agreed scope.
Confidential engagements
All engagements operate under written NDA. Client identities, target counterparties, and findings are not disclosed to third parties.
Legal & registration
A Zambian-registered assurance firm.
Samitac Assurance Limited is incorporated in the Republic of Zambia and operates from Lusaka. We provide registration and tax-compliance documentation directly to prospective clients on request, as part of onboarding, rather than publishing it openly.
Corporate registration
Registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA). Certificate of incorporation and shareholding structure disclosed to clients under NDA during onboarding.
Tax compliance
Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) TPIN and current tax clearance status shared with contracting counterparties on request.
Scope of practice
Samitac performs independent verification and reporting. We do not hold a mineral trading licence and do not transact in physical minerals.
Independent inspection partners
Assay and quality verification is never done in-house.
Samitac does not issue its own assay certificates. Sampling, moisture, weight and quality determinations on any transaction we support are performed by internationally recognised third-party inspection firms nominated jointly by buyer and seller.

Named inspection firms are independent third parties. Their appearance here reflects Samitac's stated policy of routing physical verification through recognised inspectors; it does not imply a formal partnership, endorsement, or exclusive arrangement.
Financial posture
We hold no client funds.
Samitac invoices for professional services only. We do not receive, hold, or transmit consideration on behalf of buyers or sellers, and we do not operate escrow.
Where a transaction proceeds following our diligence, Samitac recommends that counterparties settle exclusively through Tier-1 commercial banks regulated by the Bank of Zambia, using Letters of Credit or bank-administered escrow appropriate to the jurisdiction of the buyer.
Regulated banking rails only
Samitac will not participate in engagements that require settlement outside regulated banking channels or that request payment to personal accounts.
Sanctions & KYC screening
Counterparties in any engagement we support are screened against major sanctions lists and adverse-media sources as part of standard KYC.
No advance-fee arrangements
Samitac does not participate in transactions structured around advance fees, unlock fees, tax pre-payments, or similar patterns commonly associated with fraud in the sector.

We would rather you verify us through independent channels than take our word for it.
Request onboarding pack
Email engagements@samitac.com from a corporate domain. We respond with our incorporation certificate, TPIN, directors, bank reference letter, and standard engagement terms under mutual NDA.
Independent registry checks
Company standing can be verified directly with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) of Zambia using the name "Samitac Assurance Limited". Tax standing can be confirmed via a current ZRA tax clearance certificate, which we will provide.
Report a concern
If someone contacts you claiming to represent Samitac, verify it.
Samitac communicates exclusively from @samitac.com addresses. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from Samitac via a free-mail account, a lookalike domain, or a messaging app, treat it as unverified and email us at engagements@samitac.com to confirm.
