Samitac Assurance Limited is a Zambia-based firm providing evidence-based mineral transaction assurance and mining due-diligence across Southern Africa.
We were established to serve a specific need: institutional-grade verification of the facts underlying mineral transactions in a region where the quality of counterparty evidence varies widely.
Our clients include investors, financiers, off-takers, corporate acquirers, legal advisors and family offices evaluating exposure to producing and near-producing mineral assets in Southern Africa.
We operate discreetly and independently. We are not brokers, and our compensation is never contingent on a transaction proceeding. That posture is what allows our reports to be useful.
Our Position
We report what the evidence shows.
We do not promise that projects will succeed, that counterparties will act in good faith, or that transactions will close. We provide the evidence base against which serious investors can form their own judgement — before capital moves.
